<p>Italian holding company, 100% controlled by EP Power Europe, owns the gas-fired plants of <a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/ostiglia/""><span style=""text-decoration:" underline="">Ostiglia (MN)</span></a> and <span style=""text-decoration:" underline=""><a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/trapani/"">Trapani (TP)</a></span>.</p>
EP Centrale Tavazzano Montanaso S.p.A.
<p>100% controlled by EP Produzione, owns <span style=""text-decoration:" underline=""><a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/tavazzano-e-montanaso/"">Tavazzano e Montanaso (LO)</a></span> power plant.</p>
Fiume Santo S.p.A.
<p>100% controlled by EP Produzione, which owns the plant at <a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/fiume-santo/""><span style=""text-decoration:" underline="">Fiume Santo (SS)</span></a>.</p>
EP Produzione Centrale Livorno Ferraris S.p.A.
<p>Joint venture between EP Produzione (75%) and BKW Italia (25%), which owns the gas-fired plant at <a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/livorno-ferraris/""><span style=""text-decoration:" underline="">Livorno Ferraris (VC)</span>.</a></p>

<p>50/50 joint venture with A2A, which owns the plant at <span style=""text-decoration:" underline=""><a href=""https://epproduzione.com/attivita/produzione/scandale/"">Scandale (KR)</a></span>; EPH’s stake is held directly by EP Power Europe.</p>
